Sleep

The body needs sufficient rest to regenerate and maintain optimal health. In particular, research has shown that the brain eliminates metabolic by-products during sleep, essentially cleaning up the cellular and intra-cellular spaces. Sleep is one of our most important activities and most adults function best on 7-8 hours per night.
